Grievance Procedure
"You have the right to make a complaint about the Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center services.
The first step is to take the complaint to the Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center staff.
If no resolution is reached, you have the right to address your complaint to the Client Services Committee of the Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center. The Client Services Committee's decision may be appealed to the Board of Directors of the Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center."
